We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (if applicable).

  • Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need a different size, place a new order and return the original item.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
